A Web application exclusive to Génome Québec!
Nanuq is a Web application, which aims at offering secured access to all the scientific data produced at the CES. The application is used internally by the technical staff as a LIMS system, tracking all samples processed. It is also the external user interface to access their project data. The application was developed by the bioinformatics team of Génome Québec, and is in constant evolution since 2003.
Nanuq is completely customizable and available for installation in any centre or laboratory, needing LIMS tools. It is possible to install only certain parts of the LIMS, like account administration, or LIMS for sample tracking.
