FFPE sample archives contain a wealth of valuable information for human cancer studies. The nucleic acids contained in these samples are generally fairly degraded, low in abundance and chemically modified. As a result, they perform poorly in most whole-genome genotyping and expression studies. Recently, microarray companies have solved this problem for genotyping. We have tested new products and are proud to be able to offer these genotyping technologies for FFPE samples.
