The Proteomics Technology Core includes facilities to identify proteins (Protein Identification Core) and to allow researchers to develop new technologies for structural proteomics (Structural Proteomics Core). The Protein Identification Core is situated in three facilities on University Avenue, at the University of Toronto, the Hospital for Sick Children and the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute. The study of Organellar Proteomics takesplace at the Hospital for Sick Children. The Structural Proteomics Core, also on University Avenue, is a collaborative project between the University Health Network and the University of Toronto.
