Biosolutions offer new possibilities for sustainable, competitive, and climate-resilient agriculture. Unlike broad-spectrum conventional pesticides, these biotechnologies are more targeted, taking into account environmental conditions, present microorganisms, and the plants themselves. A major challenge is understanding how to optimize the effectiveness of these solutions for different crops. This project aims to use genomic tools to determine whether a bacterium is compatible, incompatible, or neutral towards a set of active microorganisms. This approach could enhance the development of biosolutions by providing more precise recommendations for their use, such as doses and application frequencies.
